Best Poke on the mainland!!! Soon as you enter you realize this is no Costco Poke (sitting in a sauce for hours).  Everything was fresh made to order in front of you.I have been eating poke for years and The Big Daddy Shack does it right(no tomatoe filler)...I ordered the Hawaiian size Ahi poke with Sriracha sauce and avacado and roasted pistachios as my toppings (never had nuts in my poke b4, now im doing it everytime).  The harmony of toasted sesame seeds and fresh sliced ginger with onions really brought out the super soft Ahi tuna.
